By accessing and using SmartTradeBots services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our trading bot services, including but not limited to ready-made bots, custom development, and sourced free bots.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided is accurate.

All custom-developed bots, strategies, and related intellectual property remain the property of SmartTradeBots unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use the delivered solutions.

Free bots sourced from the internet retain their original licensing terms. We provide these for convenience but do not claim ownership.

This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately, though delivered bots may continue to function subject to their individual licenses.
